PingSafe is a smart sensor device that can be worn as a watch on the wrist or with in a comfortable sensory undergarment. The PingSafe device enables parents to track their children’s precise location with 4G GPS connectivity, stay in touch with voice calls and secure voice chat, and monitor essential daily vitals including stress score (by using heart rate variability), heart rate, motion tracking, body temperature, blood pressure and blood oxygen.
Who can use PingSafe?

PingSafe was created for children with additional needs, and their siblings, between the ages of 5 and 12. PingSafe gives their parents vital information which may assist in managing daily behavioral challenges. PingSafe is perfect for any parent who wants to keep their children safe and be informed about their overall daily well-being.
How does the PingSafe Stress Score work?
Answer :
Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is the variation in the interval between heartbeats. HRV always goes up when someone is feeling better. The goal is usually to aim for the highest HRV reading you can get over time, though you should expect to have a few dips. This variation is controlled by a primitive part of the nervous system called the autonomic nervous system (ANS) which also controls our heart rate, blood pressure, breathing and digestion. If we have persistent instigators such as stress, poor sleep, unhealthy diet, dysfunctional relationships, isolation or solitude, and lack of exercise, your fight–or–flight response can shift into overdrive causing a lower HRV number. If one is in a more relaxed state, the variation between beats is high. HRV is an interesting and non-invasive way to identify these ANS imbalances. Is PingSafe secure?

The information saved on your paired device is only accessible to you. We do not have access to your saved information and all communication via the app and device is private. All data is stored and encrypted on our servers and only you have access to it. Parents have full control over who they add to the PingSafe device contact list and only these numbers can be contacted or are authorized to contact the device.
Does PingSafe require a SIM card?

Yes. Our Australian customers will receive a pre-activated SIM card with their starter pack purchase and will activate their plan via our secure PingSafe PayPal portal. Our international customers can purchase a local SIM card and experience the same amazing benefits.
Do I need to use the PingSafe app?
Answer :
Yes, the PingSafe app receives real-time updates from the PingSafe device. It is free to use our app which gives parents vital information about their child’s safety and well-being. Parents can track their child’s precise location, stay connected via voice call and secure text, receive notifications in case of an S.O.S or fall detection, as well as monitor stress scores (HRV), heart rate, motion, body temperature, blood pressure and blood oxygen directly from the app.
Does PingSafe work in other countries?

Yes. Our 4G full network covers most countries all over the world. If the device has a 4G enabled sim which is loaded with call, text & data connected to the internet, it will work.
How accurate is the GPS?
Answer :
Our GPS technology and 4G network enables parents to track location to within 5-15 metres.
On which devices can I download the PingSafe app?
Answer :
The PingSafe app can currently be downloaded on any Apple iOS or Android smart phone.
What is the warranty on my PingSafe device?
PingSafe Pty Ltd warrants PingSafe for one year and in-box accessories for one year against defects in materials and workmanship commencing from the date of retail purchase. PingSafe accessories purchased separately are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for six months from the original date of purchase. PingSafe's express warranty is subject to certain exclusions, as set out in the warranty. For example, PingSafe does not warrant the PingSafe watch or accessories for normal wear and tear, nor damage caused by accident or abuse. Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled: • to cancel your service contract with us; and • to a refund for the unused portion, or to compensation for its reduced value. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done, you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service. PingSafe’s warranty on the watch and its accessories contains additional relevant provisions, including concerning how to make a warranty claim.
